This website fitrave.lv (hereinafter – the Website) is owned and operated by Vjačeslavs Tēviņš, registration No. 29129012950, address Saurieši, Burtnieku iela 7 (hereinafter – the Service Provider). The Website provides the content available on it and sells event tickets in accordance with the Terms of Service set out below.

1. General Provisions

If a consumer purchases event tickets (hereinafter – Services) through the Website, such an agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the legal norms of the Republic of Latvia (Consumer Rights Protection Law, Cabinet Regulation No. 255 "Regulations on Distance Contracts", etc.).

2. Making a Purchase

Ticket prices and specifications are indicated on the Website. To make a purchase, add tickets to the cart, fill in the required fields, and complete the payment.

3. Payment Terms

The currency used on the Website is the Euro (EUR). Payments can be made using the secure payment platform Stripe, which provides the following payment methods:

• Payment cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express;

• Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Personal data required for making and processing payments are transferred to the payment institution Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.).

The contract enters into force upon successful payment confirmation. If for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be informed, and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.

4. Receiving Tickets

Fitrave tickets are digital. After payment confirmation, the ticket is sent to the email address provided by the Buyer immediately (or within 24 hours). If the ticket has not been received, it is the Buyer's responsibility to contact us at: fitravelatvia@gmail.com.

5. Right of Withdrawal

According to Cabinet Regulation No. 255, Paragraph 22.12, the Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal(request a refund within 14 days) if the contract is concluded for leisure or entertainment events to be held on a specific date or period. Purchased tickets are not accepted for return or exchange, except in cases where the event is canceled or rescheduled.

6. Health and Liability

By purchasing a ticket, the Buyer confirms that their health condition is suitable for high-intensity physical activities. The Service Provider assumes no responsibility for injuries sustained during the event due to the Buyer's negligence or health condition.

7. Photography and Videography

Photography and filming may take place during the event. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, the Buyer agrees that their image may be used in Fitrave marketing materials and social media.

8. Processing of Personal Data

We process only the data necessary for ticket delivery and communication (name, surname, email). Data is not transferred to third parties, except for the payment processing institution.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with national legislation.
